Ketha Nadarajah established N.K.S. Drapery & Blinds in 1989. Ketha is a pioneer in the market of drapery and blinds within the Tamil community. The company that started with just him working alone now employs ten staff and is self sufficient in all aspects of draperies and blinds.

As the number of home ownership in Canada and U.S.A. has grown, so too has the demand for his services. Although Ketha serves several other communities most of his clientele comprise the Sri Lankan community living in Canada and the United States. Since its inception, the company's revenue has grown more than seven folds.
 
Ketha attributes his success to the consistent high quality of his products, dependability in terms of timely completion of his work and to his dedication to doing his job well to the entire satisfaction of his customers. He stresses the support and encouragement his family has also played an indispensable role in the success of his business. Mr. Nadarajah also plans to open a branch of N.K.S. Drapery & Blinds in the U.S.A. in the future to serve the needs of the Sri Lankan community.
